Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather on the day of your event, you have the option to move your picnic to an indoor location such as your home, covered lanai or reschedule to another date, if available. No refunds will be given. We need to be given a 24-hour, advanced notice, to cancel your picnic. We do not provide refunds, but you are able to schedule your event to another day. If the event is canceled by the client less than 24 hours before the event, the client will receive a 50% credit to be used toward a picnic experience for a future date.
